"Evening of the Pink Rain"
During Monsoon, if you come up to Hawley Lake at sunset, you may be treated to a soft rain overhead while the sun sets.
The entire lake fills up with a soft pink light. The color here is not exaggerated. The blue heron didn't seem to mind, either, and for once didn't fly off when he saw me.
